Overview: Our regular retail design client approached us to design the mezzanine floor of their Arabian ranches villa. 1 room for son, 1 room for daughter, Convert the common family area to home office and redesign the bathrooms. Challenge : client & his family living in the villa with their new born baby. We had to ensure the dust and debris were constantly cleared by the fitout team. The design and execution was on a very tight schedule. Its one thing to make beautiful 3D design, the challenge is always to make the real home as beautiful As our 3D.
