Overview: Client moving to Dubai from Mumbai to make UAE their permanent home. A beautiful family of 4. A sprawling 4000sqft apartment with full ocean View. Design brief was to make the home look luxurious in hues of white, gold and follow the science of vastu shastra. Challenge : The apartment was unused for years, making the ceiling moldy, worn of flooring & bathrooms, and ensuring the rules of vastu and the logic of Space planning yield right results.
